HOTEL BOOKINGS

• Hotel accommodation is quoted based on sharing in air-conditioned, twin-bedded rooms, with private baths or shower unless otherwise indicated.
• Such facilities cannot be guaranteed in a resort or remote locations.
• Hotel rates quoted in this site are inclusive of service charges and government tax. The right is reserved to adjust, without notice, the hotel rates accordingly to reflect the increase or decrease in the amount of taxes payable.
• Direct Asia can book hotels on your own direct hotel contract rates with an agreed upon handling fee for Direct Asia being added.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation and amendment policy will apply only once your booking is confirmed. A confirmed booking is when we have advised you that the hotel room is available and you have secured your room reservation by providing us with your credit card details or by arranging a money transfer.

• Hotel bookings are fully refundable if the amendment/cancellation is received by our office more than 20 days in advance.
• Direct Asia reserves the right to charge a consulting fee / or charge for program development time costs on a fee basis at Direct Asia’s discretion.

Direct Asia acts as an intermediary between transportation and airline companies, hotels, tourist offices and all other contractors providing services for tourists. As such Direct Asia is not liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, force-majeure (natural disaster), political action and unrest must be borne by the clients. Programs and tours prices are based on the situation at the time of printing this proposal (07.09.2007) and could be subject to change due to local conditions. Participation in our tour programs implies the client’s agreement to the above. Direct Asia reserves the right to amend or alter any of the conditions herein without notice from time to time and at its sole discretion.

PRIVACY POLICY

At Direct Asia, we understand and respect the importance of your privacy. Direct Asia does not sell, rent, or give away your personal information to anyone. It is our policy that personal information, such as your name, postal address, e-mail address or telephone number is private and confidential.

Accordingly, the personal information you provide is accessible only by designated staff and is only used for the purpose for which you provide the information (such as to book a hotel room). SECURITY GUARANTEE

This site has security measures in place to protect from the loss, misuse, and alteration of information under our control. All transaction related information will be passed on to the trusted financial institution using encrypted methods, and Direct Asia does not maintain on its server all or part of your financial information, including but not limited to, your credit card name, number and expiry date.
